Criccieth GC has the distinction of having three 20th century Prime Ministers play the course on the same day, Winston Churchill, Andrew Bonar Law, and David Lloyd George the first Welsh Prime Minister. The Lloyd George Museum can be found in nearby Llanystumdwy.
